"Felix was very professional. He stood outside the door, introduced himself and stated where he was from. He also told me what time to expect him and was on time. He quoted me the cost over the phone so I knew what to expect with no surprises. His work was done in a timely manner and very considerate. After he left, I tried the new keys in the back door as both front and back doors were re keyed for the same key. It did not work in the back door. I immediately called Felix to catch him before he got to far down the road. He said he would be right back. He had to file down the back door so the dead bolt fit into the hole. We had taken the door off it's spring hinge and never got it back on properly so Felix was able to file the hole just enough so that the keys worked. He was most kind to come back and take care of this as the key would have worked had the door not fallen out of alignment. He resolved the problem in no time and didn't charge me for his extra work. Instead of trying to get us to go for a more complicated, expensive option, he provided us with a cheaper, safer option to solve our issue. He followed up with a phone call and came out the next day to install a new lock on our sliding door. He even came out after 7pm, when it was more convenient for our schedule.
