"They made contact, arrived on time for the appointment, submitted their proposal promptly & completed quality work in a timely fashion. The english communication skills weren't 100% but all-in-all a very satisfactory experience. The other source (Perfect Tile) could not, did not, would not, bid on the requested repair work, they only wanted to supply all new product & labor. I found my efforts in speaking & meeting with them a complete waste of time as I had conveyed exactly what I needed prior to the appointment. Only to be turned down after attending the meeting. -WW "
