"Giovanni calls you back immediately & goes the extra mile to accomodate. He has my bed at this time, as we have just met to choose the fabric. He is the consumate professional! I will update you in a few weeks as to the outcome of the final product. OK - the bed arrived today and it looks FANTASTIC! Giovanni delivered the bed, & it's a sleighbed - so it needed to be assembled. Somehow, we managed to lose the screws to put it back together, & he simply said "don't panic - I will think of something." He arrived with the bed & 2 bags of matching screws that he picked up on his way over ! I HIGHLY recommend, & he will now be redoing our recliner"
