"Glenn was very nice and accomodating. He stayed at my house almost 10 hours. I walked around with him and he answered all my questions. He recommended several different things to help with some problems found. The appraiser I hired after my home inspection said that Glenn's inspection report was the most thorough he had seen and that I really got my money's worth. "This Purchase Contract Home Inspection was performed in a timely and efficient manner. The report contained pertinent observations, recommendations and pictures to document the findings. "Glenn was fantastic! He was extremely thorough with the inspection (over 6 hours) and even waited for me to meet him at the house to go over the report as I was at work. His report provided excellent detail of all issues with pictures, and also included complimentary pictures where no issues were noted.
