"We were initially very pleased with our awning. The appearance, installation, and operation were very satisfactory; however, something has happened to the motor. The awning is still under warranty. For several months, we have been in contact with Mr. Majors, either by speaking to him or by message. He promised that he would come fix our problem. To operate the awning manually is extremely difficult; therefore, we have been unable to use our awning this summer. We are very disappointed and would like to have our problem resolved."
