Cleaning Services, Exterior Masonry Chimney Repair, Furnace, Boiler, Water Heater Flues Reline , and 3 more
"Best Chimney Services LLC installed a stainless-steel flue liner and a cap/damper at the top of the chimney. The finished product, from the cap/damper at the top of the chimney, down the liner in the chimney to the firebox at the bottom is picture perfect. Even the concrete crown was perfectly molded with no concrete mess anywhere. Chris Hernandez and his helper arrived on time and got right to work, putting a big tarp on the hearth and surrounding floor and plastic over nearby furniture. Tarps were also spread on the roof. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, including vacuuming the area around the fireplace. Chris has a number of certifications regarding all aspects of fireplaces, flues, caps, dampers, etc. and can explain in understandable terms why things are done a certain way. He and his helper certainly know what they are doing and have obviously had experience doing it. A week or so before the actual work, a thorough inspection was done . . ."

Dry Vent Cleaing, Masonry, Chimney Sweep , and 7 more
"I am a retired homebuilder....was in the business for 37 years. I recently discovered our gutters clogged with Maple tree seeds (helicopters). I'm too old to climb on the second story of our home so I contacted the Homeadvisior website to locate a local business to take care of it for us....at a reasonable price. While I was still online with Homeadvisior my phone rang with a company wanting to clean our gutters. The person was a little too aggressive for my likes AND they were going to charge $175....I thought this was too high. I told them no and terminated the call. About ten minutes later my phone rang again and Jamie with Finest Chimney Sweep & Masonry was on the line. We talked while he checked our home online and agreed on $100 to do the job, much better. He said they would be out tomorrow (today) to do the job. I said it was forecasted to rain all day....he said it didn't matter! Today Jamie called before the agreed time and told me he was about 15 min away....it was raining. He arrived on time, set up and went about cleaning our gutters....in the rain! He dug out a trash bag of Maple seeds and other debris and the downspouts began to flow as they should. They finished up, packed up, in the rain. I paid the agreed price and they left.... It was a refreshingly positive experience for me....I usually have to fight with vendors but Jamie and his helper were awesome to work with. While he was cleaning the gutters he discovered that my chimney chase cap was rusting and needed to be attended to....we agreed on a price and he will be coming back to take care of that too. I would & will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. Try them....you will not be disappointed...."

Dryer Vent - Clean, Chimney or Fireplace - Clean and Inspect, Exhaust Vent - Clean , and 2 more
"Originally contacted this company to clean and inspect chimney. Later added whole house duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Inspection revealed the crown of the chimney was shot (they showed me pictures). So I hired them to re-do the crown and cap. Lee and Derek were superb and their working together as a team for ten years showed. Due to my tight schedule, they came on a Saturday to do the chimney sweeping and when inspection of the chimney crown revealed significant deterioration, they returned the following Monday to do that repair and finish up the duct cleaning after first applying an anti-mildew treatment. All work was superb and thorough. The price for all of it (chimney sweeping, repair, installation of an ash guard, ducting pre-treatment and final cleaning and dryer vent cleaning) was a good value to me, particularly since none of this work had been done since the house was built 26 years ago. I would strongly recommend this company. And great kudos to Lee and Derek! They are a great asset to this company."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
