"Raymond was very professional ready to do whatever it took to make this a good experience for us. He was ready to wear his shoe covers to help keep our house clean and tried hard to make sure there was no extraneous mess that we would have to clean up. He was helpful in answering our questions and offered you Maintenace Package before leaving. He was also very quick to return when a pipe he worked on started to leak, fixing quickly and waited to check that it didn't happen again."

"They financed our furnace. (Whew). They came in and took most of the day to remove the old 35 year old furnace and replace it with our new one. The guys were professional and considerate. They had drop cloths spread around to keep our carpets clean; did most of the work outside on their truck and had our heater going by 7 PM that evening."
