"The water in my area is extremely hard, 30 grams of hardness. I did extensive research on the Internet, comparing various types of water treatment and softening systems. I am concerned about my impact on the environment and wanted to make sure that what ever system I chose was efficient and as environmentally friendly as possible. The water doctors patiently answered all of my questions and were knowledgeable regarding the other types of systems available on the market. "They were very friendly and were willing to work with my budge. Jared, the owner, even took the time to explain to me over the phone any possible problems that may had been causing my garbage disposal not to work. He even looked into replacing parts instead of the entire unit, but I ultimately had to replace the unit...at least he gave me multiple options. The other people automatically wanted to say they needed to replace the unit before looking at it. this company looked at ALL options that were in my best interest. I have already passed along their business card to a friend. They did a great job and went the extra mile!"
