The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that he was looking at and what the next steps were. He made sure that we were aware of what the possible issues and solutions were to our problem and outlined the costs up front. "I was very please with Larkin Heating & Cooling. They were on time for both the estimate and the installation of my new AC. I was very impressed with their efficiency and they were all so very courteous and very service oriented. The installer even fixed a problem caused by whoever installed my furnace to make sure that I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I would whole heartedly recommend them!"

"Larkin Heating & cooling came with an excellent bid on replacing my furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made it easy to make an informed decision. The work went well on the installation and the only reason that I did not give a five was because I noticed an alignment issue that they had missed. They took care of it immediately. The furnace appears to be running as expected but I have not seen the gas bills to see if it meets the efficiency claims. All in all I am happy with both the furnace that was recommenced and the service to get it installed. "
