Sean was the only contractor that I interviewed that took the time to physically inspect the roof, rafters, and overall structure of my house before preparing a bid. I was impressed by Sean’s work ethic and can-do spirit. He took time to show me sections of the back porch that did not meet building code requirements and were structurally deficient. "
