"They responded quickly, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed at my home until the problem was diagnosed. This had been an ongoing problem from more than 3 years that other companies looked at and unable to locate any problem. The part was order and this company kept me updated on the status. They promptly scheduled a visit once the part arrived. The Heat Pump has operated without issue since repaired.
