"Good for the most part. He came on time and finished on schedule and on buduet, which is a rarity among contractors these days. I did have to go through the hosue with him after he said he the job was complete and found numerous small spots that needed to be addressed. But he did fix those spots right away and the house passed lead paint inspetion without a probkem."
