"I had them come out to give me a "second opinion' on a chimney repair (I had been told by a chimney sweep service that the chimney needed to be relined and the fire box repaired to the tune of $2k). In short Chimney Cricket took a look and spent a good deal of time explaining why my chimney NEEDED NO WORK and explaining how to operate it properly. I found them to be extremely knowledgable and trustworthy. I would def. use them again!"

"The quickly gave a reasonable estimate, came when scheduled, did the work promptly and cleaned up after. Recommended some additional work, that we didn't have done. (A bit like Jiffy Lube in that respect.) But all in all, good work."
