"Although the result was very pretty, it was expensive. The landscaper planted inappropriate plants that later had to be removed and replaced. The grass died although I followed the instructions. One of the small palms died, too. Although I was promised 'follow through' visits, I received only one and that was at my request when the new plants failed to flourish."
