"My project is specific and complex. It requires a craftsman, rather than just a "repair person." Therefore, we are still in the process of completing my project and it is not yet fair for me to complete a rating when they have not yet delivered the end result. Based on my initial experience of them coming out and assessing the project, Furniture Medic was responsive, timely, and completely understood the structure and craftsmanship necessary to complete this project.
