"The overall experience has been positive. I think the company is selling a quality product and delivers good service. My recent installation was a somewhat disappointing in that the installer did not clean up after himself and I was left to clean up the drilling mess, which meant that I had to vacuum my entire unfinished area and the areas where the inlets were installed in the main living space. I reported this issue to the owner. She seems quick to respond and apologetic. The installer did not brief me on the unit itself only the attachments. Sarah will be getting with me to teach me more about the unit."
