"Tim came over and spent almost an hour at our house assessing what it would take to convert the existing CAT5 cabling to ethernet for a wired LAN. There was no charge for the estimate and he provided a detailed bid that gave me confidence he understood exactly what we wanted and would be able to do it for the quoted price. And that's just what he did. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Only reason I gave him 4 stars instead of 5 is b/c he tracked in a little dirt (but told me about it and apologized), and didn't offer a discount when it took less time than he estimated. Still, the cost was worth it for a job done right."
