"First time I set up the appt (house re-key), apparently it didn't get written down b/c he was a no-show. I gave him an extra 30 mins and called twice that day; nothing. Then called a week or so later twice and emailed another time. Finally called me back and setup the final appt. Marty came and did the work (6 locks) in under an hour. His rates are much lower than all the competition so it ended up fine just the communication wasn't the best near the beginning."
