"Richard Bigelow installed an in-wall door intercom and remote unlock (door strike) system in a multi-floor apartment building. His initial call was quick, and he was on time for the estimate and everything thereafter. Everything went according to expectations - on time, on budget, and the system works great. He and Troy were courteous, helpful and professional. The intercom installation required the involvement of an electrician, a locksmith, and wall/sheetrock repairs - all were arranged by Bigelow, so the detailed and involved installation was a "one stop" shop. I strongly recommend his service and won't hesitate to call again. "

"They were prompt, efficient, quick, and gave us more than we bargained for. He noticed some problem with the siding of the building, and I flagged the condo manager. They talked for a while, and it became clear he truly knew what he was talking about. This was not a ploy for work -- D3 doesn't even DO the kind of thing tht was needed. In all, it was a great experience and after a few weeks things still work perfectly."
