"I had the rails replaced on the steps that lead up to my front door. KCT did a great job replacing them, leveling everytihng out and getting it all put back together. The only reason a give a 4 1/2 stars is that the rails didn't line back up because skinnier rails had to be used than what I used to have. I'm not sure if that was because he couldn't find any the same size or if they should have been special ordered in advance. He did the best he could at lining the rails back up but we will have to work on the deck ourselves to try to get the rail lined up. Otherwise, they are good workers, fast, friendly and the price is right. "
