"The job was completed in a timely manner by a professional. I was had no problem getting an insurance certificate & references from the contractor. The site was kept clean, the work was orderly. I was concerned that nails, not screws were used in replacement decking. Overall the structural work seems to be well constructed & the contractor said he'll stand be his work."
