"Upper sash glass of 17 year old thernapane window was broken. Contractor was able to find a repalcement sash which he ordered. It was delievere to his business within 2 weeks and he delieverd it to my home on Sunday afternoon. The only thing I had to do was stain the interior wood and grids and paint one side of the gird white to match the white sash. About a week after the window was delieverd the contractor followed up with phone call."
