"They called immediately after my sending the request. Since I had been told by the person who cleaned our furnace earlier in the week that we needed a new furnace because of a crack in the heat exchanger, Extreme Comfort came out that afternoon. It was determined there was no crack. If there had been, it wouild have been covered by the Carrier warranty since the furnace was only 14 years old. We were not told that by the first company. We were very pleased with Extreme Comfort HVAC's work."
