"Jorge called on a Saturday, within minutes of my placing my SM order. He was quite helpful. I thought I was looking a new furnace. Jorge said, he would be in the area on a job, could he look at it? I asked how much? he said..."no charge, I just can't make an guess w/ out looking..it could be a fairly simple repair not a new furnace". I said great... he came. He was extrememly polite, professional, looked everything over and explained my options.. It turned out we could do a repair for far less, which we did that Monday. It was a wonderful repair experience. He was great. No Saturday rates, no muss no fuss. I great experience."
