"Steve was a real nice guy and he wasn't one of those shady or trashy contractors that are around. He put on a screenroom addition to the house, which included a gable ceiling and tie in to the house. Throughout the project he would be willing to hear suggestions/comments about where the room was headed and was really easy to work with. We made several changes throughout the project with no hidden charges or fees. I would say that there were two cons: One is the project took longer than expected and he also had some issues with the roof tie-in leaking... but he lived up to his end of the deal and fixed it up nice. Ultimately, I recommend!"
