The tech arrived precisely on time, were clear and concise about all work that needed to be performed, plus they made recommendations on how to better enhance the equipment I had by placing the proper TV in the right room. Their work was very thorough, clean and diligent. I have a brand new house and I was skeptical about letting an outside company like the "Geek Squad" come in and do damage, so I made up my mind to go through servicemagic.
