"Dale came over and installed the blinds that I had purchased from a Large Do It Yourself Center. The Large DO IT YOURSELF store did not have the knowledge and skills that Dale demonstrated to me. Next time I'm going directly to Budget Blinds and asking for Dale. Dale said that I would have saved some money on my purchase , provided a better warranty, received a better product and had his cell number if I needed follow up.
