"I got an email from Christian almost immediately after I performed my search through the website (which was a Friday night), offering an appointment time in just a few days. He arrived right on time and knew everything he needed to know to set up my new DVD player, as well as fixing the surround sound, which hadn't been set up right by brother-in-law. A very nice guy who really knows his stuff, and I'll probably now be spending more money on additional home theatre things since I know that he's available to set everything up. "

"Action antenna has reinforced my belief that the smaller companies of America still know what customer service really is. The tech arrived precisely on time, were clear and concise about all work that needed to be performed, plus they made recommendations on how to better enhance the equipment I had by placing the proper TV in the right room.
