"Water heater would not drain, so Dave removed it and installed a new one. The water heater is working fine and Dave did a good job. Lots of attention to detail. I like that the water heater was made in America. I am tired of all of our jobs going to other countries, other countries will not pay our social security, and for the other services our country provides for us. "

"They answered my initial calls and later inqiuiries with promptness and courtesy. The installer gave a reasonable quote for the project, and then promised, regardless of his quote, to beat his major competitor's quote by $50. The installer was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly, and worked quickly - so quickly that I wish I had asked to pay buy the hour, rather than get a flat rate! He cleaned up after himself. My only complaint would be that he led me to believe that I could get a 50 gallon heater for the same price as a 40 gallon one, which turned out not to be the case."
