"After my computer inquiry posted, Eric from the company called on the phone to inquire about the nature of the computer problem. I decribed that the laptop computer was stepped on upon getting out of bed, with the screen not working, the sides of the screen/computer cracked, and an inability to turn it on. We discussed the probability of fixing it cost vs. buying another one (opted for the latter). I appreciated his honesty, his willingness to discuss the details of the problem, and the result that it would not be worth my money. It was nice to get it taken care of over the phone, even when I was willing to drive the laptop to him to view"
