"Although the person that came out did a good job, the install of the satellite dish was a two man job. If there was two men like there was suppose to be, the job would have taken about one half hour. In stead it took 3 hours because he had no one to hold the satellite while bolting it to the post and positioning it to get the signal. I offered to help him but he turned down my offer to help him. The issue was the cost he charged me. I believe he over charged me by almost $80.00 because of the time it took him to do the job by himself. This is unacceptable to me. "
