"I received a phone call within five minutes of my request. The owner was very friendly and professional on the phone. We set appt. and was able to receive service next day. The young man who came to my door on TIME was very friendly and professional and also advised me of the condition my chimney was in. He took care of the problem and cleaned my chimney in a very efficient time. The house stayed in the same clean condititon as when he arrived, no soot anywhere.
