"Installers did a good job. We had a problem with the new A/C not cooling properly. They sent a tech guy out who checked everything and found the installation was proper and the unit inside and out was working perfectly. After six hours of troubleshooting, he finally checked the new thermostat and discovered it was faulty. An extremely rare occurrence, according to the tech. He replaced thermostat and the unit works fine. "
