"came out for quote as planned and pricing was really competitve (in a good way); however, once hired someone showed up on a Sunday (with less than 1 hour notice) to install the handicapped commodes and then the carpenter showed up with 2 hours notice to install the grab bars; poor advance notice, board on wall for grab bars was left unpainted and we received no paperwork upon completion since they just contracted out to others"
