"Great experience. Called with a pressing need for a repair to a radiant heating system and got a call back immediately. They were able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and advise me of steps to take until they could arrive to complete the repair. It also allowed them to arrive with the parts needed to take care of the problem on the spot! Cost for the repair matched the estimate I was given over the phone. An added bonus: this is a small family-owned business, which means you aren’t going to get a different technician every time you call for a repair or service. I would absolutely use them again. "

"Larkin Heating & cooling came with an excellent bid on replacing my furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made it easy to make an informed decision. The work went well on the installation and the only reason that I did not give a five was because I noticed an alignment issue that they had missed. They took care of it immediately. The furnace appears to be running as expected but I have not seen the gas bills to see if it meets the efficiency claims. All in all I am happy with both the furnace that was recommenced and the service to get it installed. "
