"Amy was very responsive, and called right away to meet with us and make a bid. The first time the door was installed, the dry rot was removed, but the door wasn't installed to our satisfaction. She stuck with the install until we were completely satisfied, even sending personnel after hours to reinstall the door and correct problems from the original installation when we asked. We appreciated her responsiveness to questions and her willingness to work with us until we were satisfied with the work."
