"They did a great job fixing the problem. However, when I called they told me it would be $69.95 for a test to determine what was wrong, then they would let me know next steps. Instead, he did the test and fixed the problem then told me I owed $268 for the job. He never told me before and then I owed way more than I had anticipated. He did give me a small discount since it was his error, so I appreciated his efforts there, but was not impressed with the communication overall. I anticipated they would determine what they needed to do, give me a price so I could say yes or no, then do it or not do it based on my imput, this did not happen."

"Everyone at Midland was helpful and courteous, from Chelsea and Lisa on the phones to Matt the technician. Midland was able to take my short-notice call and have a tech on site within a few hours. Matt was knowledgeable and fast in repairing our ancient boiler to restore our heat on a cold day. "
