"The technician was very professional. He responded less than 30 min. After I submitted my request. We scheduled an appointment that morning between 11-1. He was here at 10:45. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He told me how much it would be and didn't try to overcharge me. He finished the work quickly and even replaced the filters for me. The whole service call took less than an hour and he verified that it was working before he left. It was a great experience."
