"I was very impressed that the bid (from Richard Ludwell, the owner) came with digital photos he had taken of the area on the roof that needed repair. As I cannot climb onto the roof and see for myself, he took a series of pictures which were accompanied by an explanation of what he felt the problem was and how he would set about repairing it. This was far more thorough than other bids I received and his price was very competitive. The work was done quickly and with no mess left behind. I felt I was dealing with a small company as opposed to the large roofing company with whom I had previously had a problem. I would highly recommend Omega."
