"I didn't actually hire Mr. Boyd. I called him and was told that he actually no longer handled this type of job (possibly because of the location?). Anyway, he asked me for more details, and after listening, he offered a solution that I was able to implement myself. One trip to Best Buy and the purchase of wireless telephone jacks with modems solved my problem. Mr. Boyd was extremely helpful and didn't charge me anything for his advice. I am now his biggest fan."
