"Very good family business. They are nice and knowledgeable and professional. I went to their showroom and saw all the equipment, learned how to use it, saw how it works and decided which equipment was right for my home. They installed the Central Vacuum and it is working well. It cleans thoroughly, is light and easy to move. I got the retractable hose and it's truly remarkable. Since it is new, I am still getting used to it. Yesterday my housekeeper and I could not get the remote, on the handle of the wand, to turn off in a timely manner. But it may be that it is so new and I'm not used to it yet. Overall it's just great! I love it"
