"The salesman/owner (Eric) was a very pleasant person to deal with. The estimate he gave was reasonable, and I didn't have to put up with heavy handed sales tactics. The patio door that I ordered took a bit longer than I was told to expect, but not by an overly unreasonable amount of time. The installer came out on what will probably end up being the coldest day of the year, and did a very competent job, everything looks great. He managed to put in a sliding glass patio door and a bathroom window in about 6 hours, by himself. The patio door does not slide open as easily as Eric told me it would, but still work nicely."

"they installed two doors in 3 hours and cleaned up the work area. The doors look great and if I need another I will contact Armstrong."
