"Subcontractor didn't tell me he was running late, eventually called to say he couldn't make it. I called Zip Express several times, they seemed professional & understanding. Then they rescheduled for wrong day & time. I found out when subcontractor called to tell me he was on his way on the wrong day. He was professional but schedule didn't work out, he called the next day to make sure Zip had taken care of me--nice touch. Am happy with the installation now, but would definitely warn prospective customers to stay on top of appointment. Zip has many subcontractors & can send someone else out if necessary. Also, apology but no discount? Sheesh."
