"I had a very small job that took 15 minutes to repair It was fixed but not the best job. I was told if it only took 10-15 minutes to repair, they would try to work something out for me rather than charge the full 2-hour minimum of $216.00. Later the guy at the office denied ever telling me that. I would not have been opposed to their minimum fee since that was their policy except for the fact that I was told the amount could probably be less in the event it really was a "quick fix". He basically "went back on his word". "
