The repair required that he make a separate trip to a window dealer for the correct parts. "We were not at home when you man came to measure, but he was expereinced enough to figure out exactly what railings we wanted and style and color. When installers came, we were still sleeping (retired)they proceeded to drill and install and were just finishing up when we woke up. Very professional job,so far, time will tell . love the railings"
