"Replied via email quickly with appointment to see project. Replied with firm bid next day via phone & email, & offered dates he could start so we could coordinate schedules. I accepted by email, and chose date. He phoned the day before to reconfirm. Showed up morning and time promised. His bid was so much more competitive than others, so I asked him if he had made a mistake & underbid (that happened to me years ago, and the contractor hurried, cut corners, made a huge mess - I had to hire someone else to redo) - Jack reconfirmed his bid was accurate. Completed 3 drywall repairs. Painted garage interior. Looks great. He gets 6 stars."
