"Ted Antonucci was excellent to work with. Our first experience led us to do some additional work with them. I have 3 opportunities for improvement 1. Proposals for work to be done should be signed by an authorized representitive of Building Technologies. 2. Some work was not done correctly the first time and needed a follow-up visit to correct. 3. Communicate better when the proposed or revised start dates for work cannot be met. "
