"The work performed by Excellent Air Heating and Cooling so far exceeded my expectations it is impossible to convey! I wish I had taken before and after pictures because, without them it is impossible to convey the job they did. They went so far beyond - besides cleaning up the area they actually relocated my water heater,freeing up cellar space. As part of the job they had to replace a portion of the hot air duct that had rusted thru over the years due to an old humidifer leak, they replumbed the furnace and air conditioning draining system, rerouted and cleaned up ductwork previously installed, covered parts of the duct work with iinsulati"

"Although the estimate and installation of my new furnace by trademark was fine , paperwork was not thoroughly explained and a follow up visit to go over the new thermostat never happened. In a phone conversation with the contractor , he stated he might not get to my house right away because he was very busy for the next couple of weeks, which concerns me down the road for what type of service I might expect if or when I have a problem with my furnace"
