"The job isn't finished yet (not Sean's fault) as we're waiting on a part but overall this guy is terrific at customer service. He calls when he says he will. He knows what to order and how to go from start to finish (taking care of everything in between). We are planning to use him for some additional electrical work throughout the house. My guess is he'll become "our electrical guy" we call on for whenever we need anything. Really glad I used the Service Magic process for the first time."
