"Jim responded the same day, inspected the job promptly, submitted the low bid promplty, scheduled the work immediately, and did a very clean installation ahead of schedule. I have not had need of either heat or air since installed, so I don't know how effective the unit is, but I have no reason to doubt it. I will hire them again in a heartbeat."
